This quiz is based on the Big Five (sometimes called OCEAN): openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. Unlike the popular letter-code tests, the Big Five is the model personality researchers actually use, because decades of studies show it predicts real-world outcomes and stays fairly stable over time.

Remember, you are not just one trait. Everyone has all five in different amounts, and this quiz simply highlights the one that stands out most for you. Personality science like this is a core part of clinical and research psychology.
